LATIN WORLD CATALOG Items offered in this site, are manufactured by third party Companies. All factory Licenses are certified and inspected to assure complete safety and quality assurances. 

If you have purchased, paid and received any item from LATIN WORLD CATALOG and find it unsatisfactory, we offer you the possibility to return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Certain conditions apply. Refunds or Credits will be issue against original payment method used. Refunds will be issue after returned item is recevied. Please call us at 1-800-964-8678 anytime 7 days a week. We will be glad to handle your request immediately to help you in the return process and assure your full satisfaction.

1. Please call 1-800-964-8678for a Return Authorization (RA code #) before returning the
    product.

2. You will be given a Return Authorization code and a UPS or FEDEX CALL
    TAG number/date.  

3. Pack item (s) into the same box originally received.

4. Use RETURN LABEL, received with your package and apply it to the Box exterior.

a) If this label has been misplaced, please notify our Customer Service Representative and
we will email a new one. This new label should be printed in white plain paper and Taped to the Box exterior

b) If you’d prefer please write on a white label the RA number & receiving address:

5. Please insert in Box

    a) Item to be returned

    b) Copy of invoice (or confirmation email)

    c) A note explaining defect or return reason

6. Please have Box ready for UPS or FEDEX Call Tag arrival.

7. Once Item returned has been received, and product inspected, LATIN WORLD will issue a
    Refund or Credit whitin 2 days. We will notified you, via email with Credit transaction
    copy for your records.

8. Products refused after shipment, will be assessed a shipping fee of 20%

9. LATIN WORLD will not accept returns on products that are used on the Face, Body or Mouth, in accordance to Federal laws. These products include but are not limited to: Natural Bras, Strapless Silicone Bras, Celebrity White, all types of Shavers and Trimmers, Cybersonic Oral systems and brush heads, Dr Feder’s LiftTight, all Epil-Stop products,Plaster corset, any sauna Reducer system, any open Perfume containers, etc.
